Terms of Service

HUNTECH provides software tools that generate hunting-strategy artifacts from public, licensed, and user-supplied geospatial and environmental data. That includes interactive maps, satellite / topo / LiDAR views, Land Intelligence scans, AI playbooks, KMZ/PDF exports, offline map packs, Field Agent coaching, and related features we may add or remove.

All outputs — including bedding, stand, wind, access, pressure, food, cover, and timing predictions — are informational aids only. They are not guarantees of animal presence, harvest, safety, legal access, legal hunting, or regulatory compliance. They are not a substitute for hunter education, landowner permission, a physical map, GPS, your own eyes, or the current regulations of the governing wildlife agency.

No HUNTECH membership includes an unlimited number of full playbooks. Each package has a hard cap on the number of properties you may save and the number of full playbooks you may generate in a membership year. A "playbook" is one full-season playbook or terrain analysis. Generating one draws on a combined budget of up to 500 acres or 5 saved properties, whichever limit is reached first, across the properties you include in that playbook. Combining several properties into one playbook never creates a separate playbook for each property included. Your own notes, photographs, pin placement changes, and use of the Customize feature on a sit are included at no additional charge and never count against your playbook allowance. Generating a new full-season playbook does. Limits apply per membership year unless we state otherwise in a signed written order.

Hunter, Hunter Plus, and Landowner include unlimited Field Agent during the paid membership year: year-round coaching, planning, in-season live-hunt guiding, interactive sit simulation, and scent-picture guidance drawn from available live and modeled conditions. Using Field Agent does not count against your playbook allowance. Outfitter packages do not include unlimited Field Agent unless we say so in writing.

Current published caps:

• Hunter: 5 saved properties, 2 Land Intelligence scans per year, plus unlimited Field Agent.
• Hunter Plus: 10 saved properties, 5 Land Intelligence scans per year, plus unlimited Field Agent.
• Landowner: 15 saved properties, 10 Land Intelligence scans per year, plus unlimited Field Agent.
• Outfitter: 75 saved properties, plus team-role features when enabled.

Unused Land Intelligence scans do not roll over to a later membership year unless we confirm that in writing. Additional properties, extra Land Intelligence scans, or one-off Land Intelligence scan purchases are not included in membership unless expressly purchased. We may enforce limits in software. Attempting to bypass limits is a material breach.

Prices are as shown at the time of purchase. Paid memberships renew on the cadence shown at checkout until you cancel. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not entitle you to a refund for time already paid or for any unused portion of your membership allowance.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits except as required by law. The full policy is in the Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Confirming land ownership, lease rights, written permission, and lawful access before you enter any property or act on any output.
• Verifying property boundaries on the ground. Map lines, LiDAR, and AI overlays can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete.
• Knowing and following all federal, state, and local hunting, firearm, trespass, vehicle, and land-use laws, including seasons, bag limits, equipment rules, and public-land restrictions. Always confirm current rules with the governing wildlife agency.
• Safe hunting practices: firearms and bow handling, treestand use, climbing, weather, terrain, wildlife, other hunters, and vehicles.
• All decisions you make using HUNTECH, including where you sit, walk, drive, park, or place cameras or stands.

You must not use the Service to trespass, poach, harass wildlife illegally, locate people without authorization, or violate any law.

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information. Do not share your login or access code. Invite codes are single-use unless we state otherwise, and we may revoke unused or abused codes.

Creating an account requires you to accept these Terms, the Release of Liability, and the Refund & Return Policy. That electronic acceptance is your signature.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract the Service except as allowed by law.
• Resell, white-label, or commercially redistribute playbooks, maps, or reports except under an Outfitter or partner arrangement we approve in writing.
• Interfere with the security of the Service, rate limits, usage limits, or other users.
• Upload data you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or infringing.

HUNTECH and its licensors own the Service, software, models, design, trademarks (including HUNTECH), and the structure of generated outputs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and your generated playbooks/maps for your own hunting, land-evaluation, or (if on Outfitter) client-service purposes during an active paid term.

Boundaries, waypoints, and hunt logs you create remain your data. You grant us a license to process that data to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your hunting locations. See the Privacy Policy.

Maps and terrain may draw on public sources (including USGS and USDA) and licensed providers. Those sources can contain errors. AI models can hallucinate, omit hazards, misread cover, or place stands on unsafe or illegal ground. You must independently verify every output before you rely on it.

Hunting and fieldwork are inherently dangerous. By using the Service you assume all risk of injury, death, property damage, and legal consequences arising from hunting, land access, and reliance on HUNTECH outputs. You also agree to the separate Release of Liability, which is incorporated into these Terms.

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL SEE OR HARVEST GAME, THAT A PROPERTY IS A GOOD BUY, OR THAT ANY LOCATION IS SAFE OR LEGAL TO HUNT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUNTECH AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GAME, LOST LEASE VALUE, OR PERSONAL INJURY / DEATH, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID HUNTECH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50) IF YOU PAID NOTHING. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HUNTECH and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claim, damage, loss, fine, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service or its outputs; (b) your hunting, land access, or fieldwork; (c) your violation of law or these Terms; (d) injury or death to you or anyone else; or (e) a dispute with a landowner, lessee, outfitter, client, or other hunter.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, non-payment, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including the membership-limit acknowledgements in Section 2, no-refund terms, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and the Release) survive termination.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where the law requires additional consent. For material changes to paid terms we will provide notice where reasonably practical.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Missouri, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Release of Liability, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and HUNTECH. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
