Refund & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. HUNTECH does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits on memberships, access codes, playbooks, Land Intelligence scans, or reports, except where a statute expressly requires otherwise.
This Refund & Return Policy is part of the Terms of Service. By purchasing, redeeming an access code, or creating an account, you agree to it.
1. Digital products; no returns
HUNTECH sells digital access and digital work product: software memberships, AI playbooks, maps, KMZ/PDF exports, Field Agent use, and one-off Land Intelligence scans. These are not physical goods. Once access is granted or a playbook or report is started or delivered, the product cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense. You acknowledge that you are buying digital services with full knowledge of this policy.
2. No refunds
Except where prohibited by law, HUNTECH will not refund:
- Annual or other membership fees.
- Unused time remaining on a membership term.
- Unused property slots, unused playbooks, or unused Land Intelligence scans. Limits do not convert to cash.
- Access codes or invite codes after they are issued or redeemed.
- Land Intelligence scans, playbook exports, or other one-off digital products, whether or not you like the result.
- Purchases made because a hunt failed, game was not seen, a Land Intelligence scan was lower than you hoped, or you changed your mind.
There is no cooling-off period unless a law that cannot be waived requires one. If such a law applies to you, we will honor only the minimum the law requires.
3. Cancellation is not a refund
You may cancel a recurring membership so it does not renew. Access continues through the end of the term already paid. Cancellation does not generate a prorated refund, store credit, or payout for any unused portion of your membership allowance.
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or similar reversal after you accepted these terms is a breach. We may suspend the account and contest the dispute with evidence of your electronic acceptance, access granted, and this all-sales-final policy.
5. Service interruptions
Temporary downtime, feature changes, enforcement of membership limits, or delays in terrain processing are not grounds for a refund. We may offer a courtesy fix (for example, re-running a playbook that failed to complete on our side) at our discretion. A courtesy fix is not an admission of liability and is not a cash refund.
